About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the USA. This role demands a proactive approach in managing local sales initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and driving Microsoft product and solution sales at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory-specific sales strategies to promote Microsoft solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and ongoing communication.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Provide on-ground support and be available on-call to address client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Microsoft offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Sales (cloud, licensing, software solutions, etc.).
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory and work at the ground level.
- On-call availability to address client and business needs.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
